Elizabeth obtained her B.S. in Health Administration and Policy at the University of Maryland and launched her career in Therapeutic Massage, a few short years later, with 600 hours of study at Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, MD.

 

​​Specializing in Deep Tissue massage, she has rounded out her professional profile with experience in Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage,Reflexology, Neuromuscular Therapy, Chair Massage, Prenatal Massage, Facilitated Stretching and Myofascial Release.
