APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS:

All appointments require a payment card held on file to secure your appointment. Card is charged 48 hours before appointment and subject to cancellation if charge fails. If you have purchased a coupon voucher, you will be contacted to provide the voucher number to secure your appointment. Please fill out the intake form that will be emailed to you  prior to arrival to avoid interfering with your session time. All 30 minute sessions are 20 minutes hands on; all 60 minute sessions are 50 minutes hands on; and all 90 minute session are 80 minutes hands on. The remaining session time is reserved for health history consultation, undressing before the session, and getting dressed at the conclusion of the session. All appointments subject to availability.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

In the event that an appointment must be cancelled for any reason, a 48 hour advance notice must be provided in order to avoid being charged the full amount for service that was to be rendered. Providing this advanced notice will allow the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If a coupon was used to reserve your appointment, the voucher will be redeemed. Any cancellations due to emergencies made with less than 48 hour notice will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee, no exceptions will be made. Your appointment must be rescheduled within 30 days to avoid forfeiting said appointment.

 

 

RESCHEDULING:

An appointment may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling an appointment three times consecutively will count as a cancellation and you will be charged accordingly. An appointment cannot be rescheduled after it's scheduled start time.

 

 

LATE ARRIVALS:

It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for filling out paperwork and preparing yourself for treatment.Arriving late will result in  your session being shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. You will have the option to finish out your scheduled session with the time remaining in your session or to schedule another appointment (as long as 20 minutes or more remains in your session). Regardless of the decision you make, you will still be held responsible for the charge of the session in full. Please be courteous to your fellow clients and your therapist by planning accordingly and being on time.

 

 

NO SHOWS:

Forgetting or not showing up for an appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “No-Show” and will result in being charged the full amount for service that was to be rendered for the missed appointment. If appointment was booked using a coupon voucher, the voucher will be redeemed.
